Our beef is available in:
Buying in bulk is the most economical way to buy beef and gives you the most flexibility as you get to decide exactly how you want your steaks/roasts cut (i.e. thickness, size, pkg qty).
A whole beef is sold by live weight ($2.25 per pound) A $500 deposit is required when placing your order effectively reserving your beef. Availability is first come first served. The balance (based on final weigh-in) will be due when your beef is delivered to the processor. This gives you the whole kit'n kaboodle. It includes steaks, roasts, ground beef all cut and vacuum packed to your specifications. The processor will help you with this if you're not familiar with the process. It also includes (if you request it in advance) the organ meats and bones for making stock.
This price does not include the processing charge. Expect to pay (directly to the processor) around .50 to .70 per pound (hanging weight) depending on the processor and how you want your beef packaged.
